What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and motivate team members throughout each shift
- Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain smooth and efficient service
- Support staffing, deployment, and workflow management during peak periods
- Train and develop employees across all stations
- Uphold company standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service
- Communicate effectively with management to ensure operational alignment
- Step in where needed to support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams
What We’re Looking For
- Previous restaurant, hospitality, or retail leadership experience preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A hands-on, team-first leadership style
- Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
- Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to adapt to the unique pace of airport operations
- Passion for hospitality and career growth
Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus, but not required.
Compensation
Starting at $22.00 per hour
Schedule & Availability
Our restaurants operate from 3:30 AM until the last departing flight, typically between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, though hours may vary based on airport operations.
Candidates should have:
- Open availability
- Early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility
- Ability to accommodate changing business needs within the airport environment
