What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and motivate team members throughout each shift
• Ensure exceptional guest service and hospitality standards
• Oversee daily restaurant operations to maintain smooth and efficient service
• Support staffing, deployment, and workflow management during peak periods
• Train and develop employees across all stations
• Uphold company standards for food quality, safety, cleanliness, and service
• Communicate effectively with management to ensure operational alignment
• Step in where needed to support both front-of-house and back-of-house teams

What We’re Looking For

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or retail leadership experience preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• A hands-on, team-first leadership style
• Ability to coach, motivate, and develop team members
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Flexibility to adapt to the unique pace of airport operations
• Passion for hospitality and career growth

Bilingual in Spanish and English is a strong plus, but not required.

Compensation

Starting at $22.00 per hour

Schedule & Availability

Our restaurants operate from 3:30 AM until the last departing flight, typically between 8:00 PM and 10:00 PM, though hours may vary based on airport operations.

Candidates should have:

• Open availability
• Early morning, evening, weekend, and holiday flexibility
• Ability to accommodate changing business needs within the airport environment
